Aubrey's umbilical cord stump fell off yesterday evening. Our little girl is growing up already!
It was a sad day today as Gramma G. and Autumn had to return to South Bend. They tried to sneak Aubrey with them in a laundry basket, but they got caught. :-) Lucky for me Aunt Abbey arrived this evening.
Aubrey was awake for a whole hour this afternoon - just looking around. Very sweet.

ReplyDeleteI kept watch with you last night, Momma -- from home -- I woke up at 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. -- and thought about you and Aubrey....knew that the two of you were probably cuddling in the rocker. My arms felt very empty......but I'm so glad yours are full.......you're doing a wonderful job. I love you all!
