Aubrey got to open her stocking last night. Matt & I are enjoying our tradition of early Christmas as long as we can. :) It won't be too long, and we'll have to wait because the kid(s) will know that it is early. Aubrey used my stocking from childhood until she gets her official one from Gramma G. after Christmas. She loved the bells on the stocking.
Aubrey seemed to catch on to the ripping of the wrapping paper by the end. Her eyes would get big when she saw a toy show up under the paper. As soon as the next stocking item would appear, she would drop the current one and reach for the new one to unwrap. She was a lot of fun!! We're looking forward to doing gifts with her over the next few days.
